Once completed, you'll receive a unique entry code for facility access. In most cases, you can move in the same day or the next.

During the winter season, please allow a little extra time so we can ensure your space is plowed and ready.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made securely online through our website. Your account will be added to our monthly autopay until you terminate your account in writing (simple email or text).

Our facility features 24/7 video surveillance, a well-lit and fenced perimeter, and a single point of entry with unique electronic codes for each customer, ensuring the safety of your stored vehicles.

We offer outdoor parking spaces in lengths of 20, 40, and 60 ft feet to accommodate various vehicle sizes. All spaces are designed for easy maneuvering and access.

• Standard spaces for RVs, boats, and trailers up to 25 feet and 40 feet.

• Oversized pull-through options for big rigs up to 65 feet

• Covered parking for added protection from the elements up to 20 feet (limited availability)

While we don't require specific preparations, we recommend ensuring your vehicle is in good condition, with all fluids checked and tires properly inflated.

For winter storage, ESPECIALLY FOR TRAILERS, please have wheel chocks ready to secure the trailer. If you have a light trailer, we recommend sand bags to secure the wheels. It’s not uncommon for the area to get 80+ mph winds and trailers do move even with just wheel chocks on ice.

Our facility is primarily designed for RV and boat storage or anything that’s readily mobile. Motorhomes, boats, trailers, vehicles, or cars, RVs, conex storage, commercial vehicle equipment and MORE! Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables are not permitted to be stored.

We do not require proof of insurance AND we highly recommend that you have insurance coverage for your stored RV or boat to protect against unforeseen events. Per the storage agreement, AK Park & Store is not liable for any of the items stored.

We make it easy to cancel when you're ready to move out.

Simply log in to your customer portal to schedule your move-out date.
Alternatively, you can text or email us once you've cleared your space, and we’ll promptly end your rental and turn off auto-billing before your next payment is due.

Just a few important notes:

• Please make sure to move your RV, trailer, or equipment off the lot before your move-out date to avoid any additional charges.

• After your scheduled move-out date, your unique gate access code will be deactivated, so be sure everything is cleared out in advance.

We offer flexible storage plans tailored to your needs starting with min of 30 days of storage. Select the dates inside the portal that are convenient for you. Remember you are responsible for moving your toy prior to move out to avoid any additional fees. We cannot guarantee that the spot will be available after move-out.

Customers can access the gated facility 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM using a personalized entry code. This schedule ensures both convenience and security for all stored vehicles.
